“Superb Service”

“Amanda and Carol are kind and funny, and they work hard to take care of all the tenants here. Anthony is the best maintenance man on the planet – quick, knowledgeable and talented. When I moved in, the contractor they had hired to paint my apartment hadn’t done a good enough job so they were in there themselves fixing the paint. I’ve had a couple small service requests and they are always quickly and professionally handled. I love the amenities here, they aren’t overpriced and the building and facilities are well kept. And there’s damn good sound proofing between units… The trash service is amazing, they clean the floors like every day, the little events that are hosted from time to time are fun. Even made some friends my first week and was gifted a brand new futon from one of them who was moving out. Everyone here is friendly; I am proud to call this my home… Cannot recommend Nexus enough!”

“Unbeatable views, Incredible amenities”

“I’ve lived here for almost a year and a half. Unfortunately I need to move for a new job, but if I could I would have lived here indefinitely. My experience here has been wonderful. My apartment was great (with an unbeatable view), the amenities were incredible, and the staff was amazing… This will be the first apartment I have ever lived in that I will miss once I move out. If you are considering moving here I would highly recommend one of the apartments with a view. You can see all the way to the top of the Philly skyline.”

“Always getting better”

“Lived here for 2.5 years. This complex came under new management that inherited a very long list of issues which they have been fixing timely, including expanding the dog park and repairing broken amenities prior management just ignored. Carol and Amanda are very friendly as well and both work very hard, get to know them for sure. Any issues I had with my apartment were fixed same or next day. The apartment I was in had a nice view and was the perfect amount of space for me…”

“Where do I begin? This place is simply amazing! It is a absolute joy to come home every day.The building new, modern, very well designed, and is filled with great amenities.
I love my apartment!… My family loved visiting me so much that they decided to move here as well. It’s great to run into them in lobby. We’re all very pleased having found this little gem.
